This site is operated by Nexuz Software Ltd, a consultancy run by Zac Barnett from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Using the site means accepting these terms.

These terms cover the website only. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement signed before any engagement begins; where the two conflict, that agreement takes precedence.

Everything published here is for general information. It is not technical, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a decision without a conversation about your specific circumstances.

Case studies describe work delivered for named clients with their knowledge. Outcomes are described qualitatively unless a figure has been verified with the client. Past results do not guarantee comparable results elsewhere.

Pricing shown for NEXUZ Lite is indicative of the standard offer and may change. A quoted price is only binding once issued in writing for a specific scope.

The design, copy, code and imagery on this site belong to Nexuz Software Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may read, link to and share pages. You may not republish substantial portions, or reuse the design or copy for a competing offer, without written permission.

Client names and marks appearing in case studies remain the property of those clients.

Ownership of work delivered under an engagement transfers to the client as set out in that engagement's agreement. Nothing on this page limits that transfer.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use any contact route to send unsolicited marketing.
